6.3 Unauthorized Charges

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

It's important to understand the difference:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing but does not refund the current period. You retain access until the end of your paid period.
  • Refund: Returns your payment and immediately ends your subscription access (only available within the 14-day guarantee period).
